I am gonna go see Peter Pan on my birthday yaaaay for theatre. Yeah, I make some exciting plans, don't I? Haha I actually haven't even thought about my birthday at all I HAVE IMPORTANT SHIT DUE FUC TURNING 20.

I still love Laservee. Flareon or Eevee he's really fun to play. I miss playing chatterboxes.
And oh man oh man I'm especially into my Giratina. Shy socially anxious hikkikomori normal form AND Mean Girls plastic Origin Forme versions. I wonder when the next ATP is. I'd hate to think that pokedressing and SBG are my only options for playing pogle OCs. Maybe I'll keep my fingers crossed for Poffin Town.

And a random aside.. So I'm quite a bit of a collector, I dunno, I just love collecting. Currently I have a rather large Pokemon based collection, but I also collect Transformers (primarily Beast Wars and Transformers Animated), Dragons (both figures and plushes) and General Grevious stuff. Lately I've been thinking about doing a new focus collection though a bit more obscure, as in, not a particular series. Basically, I want to have a collection of figures and possible other things of some of my favorite female characters.

Right now I'm interested in getting stuff for, the Major from Ghost in the Shell, Samus, Izumi from Fullmetal Alchemist. Though.. I really wish there were figures out there for Alex from Eternal Darkness, Alyx from Half-Life and Jade from Beyond Good and Evil. I know there's more but for some reason I'm drawing a blank at the moment.

Those dusty old discs on my shelf... They're mocking me. It would only take about forever to reinstall and download necessary patches, and then my computer would probably lag too much to actually play it properly. That's the biggest thing holding me back, really. (EDIT: Oh did I seriously still have it installed this whole time lololol) Oh yeah and the monthly costs, those suck too.

Ok, How many of you remember this?



Sure, was a big hit back when I graduated... But I feel like I can do MORE with it. Hence, I am asking for all of you who still read my LJ to please do me answer a couple of questions about this film:

CRITIQUE ME!
- How you felt about the story? Was it slow but steady or was something missing?
- Character-wise, which one character stood out the most? Why?
- If you could change the pacing of the story, what would you change and what would you add?
- Does it feels complete?
- Do you feel like there could be a little more explanation about certain characters? perhaps a little more in the story?
- What about the look of it? Do you like the cut-out look of it or would you make it all uniform in one single style?
- Gimme a few comments about how this film affected you by the end of it...
- And now, tell me what you did NOT liked about it

The reason I am asking all this is because I am trying to get some space for 14-16 weeks to develop a short film. I decided that this story could use a little more detailing and could be better told... Plus, I am recreating the whole film as a Stop-Motion tale. I can be experimental, I can add stuff here and there... But to do so, I need people to tell me and guide me in their opinions. You know, Critiques never hurt =D

It seems like everyone has to write at least one apocalypse fic before our words run out. This is mine. It turned out a lot more epic than I ever imagined, when I first thought of the idea, daydreaming of how it would all play out. It morphed and grew and went places I never knew it would go.

It wouldn't have happened without the support and help of many people. First I would like to thank my dear friend willow_fae_20 who is a constant support for when I'm freaking out about either my complete and utter lack of plot cohesion or the insane length this turned out to be, and who lets me ramble about jumbled plot points she can't possibly understand. Several hours yesterday were spent going from place to place putting on performances for young children. It was fun, but tiring. My stomach has been feeling kind of gross for the past several days, so that made it especially difficult, but... I pulled through in the end! And then I get to go do another one at... some point, I'll have to double-check the exact date. And then I think that's it for the year. They're doing another acting thing in February. I want to go to that.

OH. But I might not be able to, because Mom's planning for all of us to go on some kind of cruise for a week in February. Who knows if this plan will actually come to fruition this time or not. But it would be nice. It sounds exciting, anyway!

She's finally agreed to take Zarquon to the vet too. Possibly today. Apparently she was avoiding it because she never got either of the cats any of their shots for their whole lives. What. That would have been good to know before we let them wander the great outdoors for years. No wonder something's wrong with him.

My most precious ones,

I have been giving myself a talking to this morning (after another rather sleepless night), and I think I am all right with the book. I wrote about topics that are in keeping with all I have written so far, my style is the same, my words and views are, as always, immersed in my faith, and I have done the best I could, I prayed for the Lord's guidance... Now I must be at rest. My agitation is sinful.

I am still learning the lessons I elaborated upon in The flawed master. This will no doubt be the case for the rest of my life.

I shall soon get in touch with The Leaky Cauldron and Mugglenet to see if they would be interested in my sending them a copy of the book. I am also thinking of sending a copy to the Ottawa Citizen. Nothing may come of any of this, but it seems like a good idea somehow to promote the book a little. Or whatever. I feel ambivalent about marketing, visibility and so on, but I shall try.

A message is not much use unless it is shared...

I shall have copies at the Three Deacons Church Store, and I shall see if other bookstores, such as Collected Works (and possibly Chapters), might wish to carry a few, especially with The Half-Blood Prince coming out on DVD next month. I am waiting for business cards bearing the book cover, and shall endeavor to give one to every person I encounter. I am also going to put up small posters in the downtown area.

Of course, all of this may be moot if the book is terrible, but, well, I am attempting to be more confident. I am trying to follow the Lord's inner promptings; if He wills for the book to be a blessing to others, then it will be.

Man alive. You know, I always figured my life would be a bit strange... Let us say that my expectations have been exceeded.

Just wrote down the name of the Arts and Life editor at the Ottawa Citizen. God help me. I may be too much of a small fry (or my writings may be too odd) to be of interest... We shall see, I suppose. I may well lose the nerve I currently seem to possess.

Hmm...I think the only ways are that I can download Christmas music so I have a variety, and I can buy presents online if I can't find it in the store. Other than that not really. I never send e-cards for Christmas. I love buying cards at Hallmark, it's one of my favorite things. I guess there's a couple of ways, nothing too significant though.

Name a fandom and I'll tell you 3 pairings I love, 2 pairings I ship on and off, and 1 pairing I hate.

Also, I have a new computer. A black Sony Vaio. So far so good. Windows 7 is a bit crazy and the touchpad click is obnoxious. But I really like it.
